Swimming in the Sunset is built for the gatherings that never quite fit anywhere else. Eight bedrooms and fifteen beds sleep up to 30 across a sprawling main house, a lower-level entertainment floor, and — the part grandparents and in-laws love most — a separate 2-bedroom apartment with its own kitchen, living room, and screened porch, so everyone shares the vacation without sharing every minute.

Outside, a private inground pool heated to 85° anchors a sunny backyard framed by serene woods, with a 10-person hot tub and fire pits for the after-dark shift. The converted game garage keeps every age entertained — shuffleboard, arcade games, ping pong, foosball, and a home theater wall — while the lakefront nature preserve across the street leads to trails and Lake Michigan itself.
